Career Summary

Thomas Gale began his career with the Harrigan Company in 1982, specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial real estate. As a Vice President of Wangard Partners, Inc., he led the sale of several multi-million dollar condo conversion buildings in downtown Milwaukee, including the Wisconsin Tower on 6th & Wisconsin.

Mr. Gale has sold and leased hundreds of thousands of square feet of industrial and commercial space throughout Milwaukee and Waukesha County. Mr. Gale also specializes in confidential transactions, and has represented a number of large corporations in acquisitions of land, buildings and leases. Tom also serves on the Commercial Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee and participates in Ethics and Regulation seminars in Milwaukee and Madison.

Education

Mr. Gale is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Platteville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics.

• Currently serves on the Boards of the Milwaukee Community Sailing Center, YMCS and South Shore Yacht Club
• Past President of the Milwaukee Community Sailing Center
• Fundraising Advisory Board for the Milwaukee Women's Center
• Board Chairman of Housing with Help (HWH), led merger with South Community Origination, and Southeastern Affordable Housing into Tri-Corp., Milwaukee's largest LMI/special needs housing provider.
• Member Immaculate Heart of Mary parish in West Allis, Festival co-chair, School Board president, Parish Council member
• Past President of the East Town Association
• Community Theater for seventeen years. Founding member and first President of the Modjeska Children's Theater Company.
