Career Summary
Prior to joining Equity Commercial Real Estate in 2006, Ms. Haroldson was the Executive Director of the Jefferson County Economic Development Corporation for eight years, and was actively involved in business attraction, expansion and retention, business park marketing and land development, and downtown redevelopment. Prior to JCEDC, Haroldson worked with MLG Commercial until 1995. She has served as a private consultant to numerous clients in real estate and land development projects, including single family subdivisions. Ms. Haroldson has also served as the land use planning consultant to several communities in Wisconsin.
Ms. Haroldson has worked on Commercial Real Estate projects for over 30 years. Her assignments include corporate site searches and site selection, adaptive reuse and building rehabilitation projects, acquisitions/dispositions of real estate, resolution of land use and environmental issues, and lease transactions. Other assignments included market research, feasibility studies, and promotion and marketing.
Education
Ms. Haroldson has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Wisconsin since 1976. She received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, and a Master's Degree in Urban Planning from the University in 1994, with emphasis on economic development, real estate redevelopment, and land use planning.
